Portishead Perform New Songs at ATP Festival
Shortly after announcing the tentative April release of their as yet untitled third album, Portishead played the ATP Festival (“All Tomorrow’s Parties presents The Nightmare Before Christmas”) in Minehead, England.
The show took place this past weekend (Dec. 7, 8 and 9) and also featured performances by Aphex Twin, Sparklehorse, and The Horrors (yes, all the cool festivals are in the EU). I can’t wait for their new album, I was hoping it would be out a little earlier than April though. Still I’m sure it will be worth the wait.
