Public Enemy, Vampire Effing Weekend and More At 2008 Pitchfork Music Festival
The 2008 Pitchfork Music Festival returns to Chicago’s Union Park, July 18-20. The festival’s initial line-up announcement gets a 7.6 from My Poproks. Dizzee Rascal and Vampire Weekend on the same day, Public Enemy doing It Takes a Nation of Millions to Hold Us Back in it’s entirety on Friday, and of course, Animal Collective as a headliner.
Tickets are by far the cheapest of any festival, ($65 for a 3-day pass), and go on sale Wednesday at noon here.
