I’d like to thank my new favorite site, the Idolator, for bringing this to my attention. There was a picture of a Ville Valo wannabe today, and I saw the headline, “Something something Ryan Cabrera,” looked at the picture, looked at the headline, looked at the picture, etc.

I get the pseudo rock star make-over (let’s face it, the 3-inch spiked blonde hair and A&F collared shirt was even too preppy for Ashlee Simpson), but it didn’t exactly extend to his songwriting. His aptly titled Ville Valo wannabe album The Moon Under Water, comes out this May, but his yawn inducing pop flops remain intact, make-over not-with-standing. Johnny Depp himself could not excite me for this (remember P? That shit sucked). Even the artwork on his myspace was most likely done by a Euro-metal label based out of Finland. Wegetit wegetit wegetit. You’re cool now.
