For some reason, Kylie Minogue is as big as Madonna everywhere in the world except for the US. Her tenth album, X, will be getting its US release on April 1st via Astralwerks. The US only bonus track “All I See” featuring NYC rapper Mims (you know, “This is Why I’m Hot,” the #2 Most Annoying Hip Hop Song of 2007 [That I secretly Like]) will be the album’s first US single.

The song sort of plays like a dated Janet Jackson track (specifically, “All For You”), and lacks the electro-pop attitude of Kylie’s 2001 hit “Can’t Get You Out of My Head,” but is still pretty likeable (mostly ’cause Kylie is pretty likeable). Kylie is set to start a 50 date European tour in May, but with Mims on her single, she may finally get to do some headlining shows in the US.
