The Faint are setting out on a North American tour in support of their upcoming 5th album, Fasciinatiion (with 4 i’s), which will be out August 5th on the bands new label, blank.wav. The press release calls the record “the best album in the band’s career, a record that is the purest culmination of The Faint’s brilliant musical instincts, ideas and aesthetic, with each member contributing equally to its creation.” Very excited is me.
