Buraka Som Sistema Release 2 New Mixtapes
It’s almost here; Buraka Som Sistema’s debut full length LP that I have been waitin’ on like whoa. I feel like it’s been a year since I first saw that “Sound of Kuduro” video (cause it almost has been). After emailing the band’s label and getting a big shrug as to when a US release could happen, I sort of gave up. But, this should be able to hold me over for what apparently is just a couple of more days before Black Diamond’s Portuguese release (followed by November 24 in the UK). BSS sent two separate mixtapes to Pitchfork and Fader, both made exclusively for each site. They are both full mp3 tracks of the entire mixtape (meaning one long song), are completely free, and so far (at least The Fader one) are/is awesome.
