Damn. I haven’t even started my Top Albums of 2008 list, and I’m already wondering if this will be the first great album of 2009. Set for release in the UK in February, N.A.S.A. (aka Squeak E. Clean and DJ Zegon) are putting together a record of different artists and genres called The Spirit Of Apollo. Beyond the tracks on the myspace, (“Money” featuring David Byrne & Chuck D, “Spacious Thoughts” featuring Tom Waits & Kool Keith…yeah, get excited), this one has surfaced today in the blogosphere; “Gifted” featuring Kanye West, Santogold, and Lykke Li.
