Why Was Bruce Springsteen’s “The Wrestler” Not Nominated for an Oscar?
Oh, I know. Cause award shows are BS. Here is a little something to add to the open wound that is Bruce’s Oscar snub: an incredible video for his title track from The Wrestler. I meansssss, I loved Slumdog Millionaire as much as every other wanna-be cool person, but two songs?! On top of that, the Academy only picked 3 songs for the category, instead of the usual 4 or 5, ultra snubbing Bruce’s beautiful Golden Globe winning track for even a nomination. I hope this video haunts all their dreams. The award goes to THE BOSS.
