The National & Yeasayer Perform Dark Was the Night Tracks For Pitchfork TV
Pitckfork TV filmed exclusive videos for the Dark Was the Night compilation, put together by National brothers, Aaron and Bryce Dessner. One is of The National performing their contribution to the album, “So Far Around the Bend,” above. The second is a live performance of Yeasayer’s “Tightrope.” Both are two of many incredible tracks for the fundraiser, my favorite of the day being “Happiness” by Riceboy Sleeps.
