There’s something about The Secret Machines that would entice me to sit through this rather fuzzy sounding live recording of new track, “Terrible Lights.” They’ve been performing this song for a couple of years (or so I’ve read), but it apparently didn’t make the cut on their latest album. This seems to be the first recording of it.

It’s a quintessential TSM track, full of slow, heavy guitars, and long, mesmerizing instrumental breakdowns. This is the only audio from the show I can find, and, unfortunately, I’m pretty sure the camera was filming from inside the bass amp. Good luck. (Via Music Slut)
