AFP (Amanda F*cking Palmer) announced in a blog entry titled, “FREE AT LAST, FREE AT LAST,” that she has split from Roadrunner Records after a 2 year battle with the label. To commemorate the occasion, she is offering up a new song “legally and free of charge.”

now that i’m unshackled, i plan on doing a lot of really awesome and creative things with my songs and how people can pay for them – or, better yet, donate – now that i have control over my stuff.
