Win Christian Scott’s New Album And a Pair of Tickets to Show at The Roxy

Christian Scott, the New Orleans jazz trumpeter who recently released a mesmerizing cover of Thom Yorke’s “Eraser,” has a new record out on Concord Jazz, and an upcoming show at The Roxy in LA with Raul Midon. The album, Yesterday You Said Tomorrow, was produced by legendary jazz engineer Rudy Van Gelder, and is a politically charged record with tracks such as “Angola La,” “The 13th Amendment,” and “The Roe Effect.”

My Poproks is giving away both a copy of the new album on CD and a pair of tickets to Scott’s April 27 show at The Roxy. All you have to do is comment on this post with your name and email to enter to win. A decision will be made before the show!

Jazzheads, stand up.

Please enter me in the contest to win Christian Scott’s new album and tickets to his show at the Roxy. I’m a huge fan of Christian Scott and have been following his great music even before he was signed to Concord Records!!!

You gotta hear “Anthem” and “Rewind This…”. Each CD gets better and better.
