180° South Documentary Trailer feat. Animal Collective’s “Derek”
180° South, a documentary about retracing a 1968 journey to Patagonia, recently released the tracklisting for the soundtrack, which will include contributions from Isaac Brock and James Mercer. Isaac (Modest Mouse) wrote the majority of the music for the soundtrack (due June 22) as Ugly Casanova. The trailer features Animal Collective’s “Derek” from their 2007 album, Strawberry Jam. And it’s awesome. (P4K)
