Win MGMT Congratulations Promo Poster And Vinyl
It would seem that MGMT are in on it. Between not playing any of their beloved singles at festival appearances (though, my sources say they did do “Kids” yesterday at Bamboozle), to “not giving” a “sh*t” if people say the album sucks, to letting that weird wide-eyed guy steal the show on their SNL appearance, one might say MGMT’s run in support of their latest, Congratulations, has been a little too bizarre.
Regardless of your opinion on the record (I’m still teetering), there’s no denying it’s been one of the most interesting and conversation sparking records of the year. To commemorate, My Poproks is giving away an interesting and conversation sparking promo poster for the album, as well as a vinyl pressing and a pair of CDs.
Top prize (promo poster & vinyl) goes to the person who can most accurately (or most amusingly) describe MGMT’s new record in 6 words or less. Two runners up will receive a CD. Winners will be chosen in exactly one week.
