Freddie Gibbs “The Ghetto” Video
Sounding more like a classic gangsta rap song than a new track from a XXL Freshman 10 alumni, Freddie Gibbs’ latest (from upcoming mixtape, Str8 Killa No Filla), simply titled, “The Ghetto,” is not as much an imitation as it is tribute. Filmed in Freddie’s hometown of Gary, Indiana, the track and video put a lot of the subject matter of recent popular hip hop into perspective.
I’m not much a fan of ‘clean’ versions, but that’s all there is for now.
