Von Pea of Tonya Morgan New Single “Boombox”
Tonya Morgan’s Von Pea has got it turned all the way to 10. How ’bout you? The Brooklyn rapper goes full blown summer jam on this latest single, “Boombox” (following “The Yorker”), despite a few more serious comments on his home borough (“Don’t let the gentrifying overshadow kids are dying”). Forget it, though. Von Pea’s solo debut, Pea’s Gotta Have It, is due October 12 on Interdependent.
