Adele belts out “Someone Like You” (the second preview of her new album we’ve gotten this week) live on Jools Holland last night much like she belts her countless other painfully beautiful ballads. Very extremely wonderfully. Her upcoming, long-awaited sophomore album, 21, is due January 24 in the UK.

If you were anywhere on the internet yesterday (unlike me), you may have already come across the new studio footage clip from Adele’s upcoming sophomore album. Adele performing “Hometown Glory,”  one of my favorite songs of all time, last night on Letterman. This one from BBC 2 is still my favorite performance that I’ve seen. That dark, industrial English backdrop…man.
