Beirut “East Harlem” on Letterman

Beirut visited Letterman Friday night to play The Rip Tide’s “East Harlem”. Nothin’ but good.

Beirut ‘The Rip Tide’ Full Album Stream

The Rip Tide is technically Beirut’s 3rd full length, but, if you count EPs (which mostly have 5 or more tracks on them), this is Zach Condon and band’s 7th release since 2006. Beirut “East Harlem” New Single Stream

Feels like it’s been a Best-of-the-2000’s since there’s been some Beirut music to blog about. I want to see Beirut next month. A lot.
This is the new video for “La Llorona” off of their (yes, they are a ‘they’ now) upcoming EP, March of the Zapotec. Stereogum premiere. Yada Yada.

Beirut Announce European Dates in May

Beirut announced a few European dates for the spring, and it makes me want to coincidently be in Paris on the 12th to catch that le Bataclan gig. I’m throwing my arms around you, Paris. The one-man-band turned 10-piece ensemble is also playing a few February shows in Brooklyn and…Mexico? Realistically, I hope to attend [...]
