This video is, at the very least, a default 9 out of a 10. Jaleel White plays the part of Cee-Lo, lip-synching and dancing to the Lady Killer track, “Cry Baby.” It’s no “F*ck You”, but um Urkel. Also, just LOL’d IRL at The Urkel Dance. #The90s.
