I wasn’t actually at Coachella, and I was only able to catch a handful of sets from the live stream over the weekend (the Coachella Youtube page is slowly uploading clips from the feed), but I can’t imagine that there was a better performance at the festival (maybe ever?) than Kanye West’s 2 hour assault [...]

A handful of amazing acts round out this year’s Coachella line-up. Some are a little more surprising than others, and all of the ones you wanted to see are mixed in there somewhere (with a few you’d probably rather not, coughkingsofCOUGH). Overall, it’s got nothing on last year’s.

If there’s one good thing that comes out of me not splurging on Coachella tickets, it’s not having to choose between the last 20 minutes of MGMT’s set and Major Lazer. I thought maybe this was a cruel joke. It isn’t. Prince rocked the fucking shit out of “Creep” during his lengthy (in retrospect) set at Coachella this weekend. No words, really.
