Diplo and Datsik “Pick Your Poison” Feat. Kay
Diplo’s latest track, “Pick Your Poison” (on iTunes now), is a very Major Lazerish video game keyboard sound effect party featuring two Canadians (dubstep DJ Datsik and singer Kay). Can’t wait to hear this blast over the speakers multiple times at the Mad Decent Block Party.

Dillon Francis & Diplo Feat. Maluca “Que Que” Video
The Diplo post tag is a busy post tag on My Poproks. The collabo with Mad Decent signees Dillon Francis and Maluca is your weekend. The video is a bizarre green screened cross-eyed weekend. Both are fun. The track comes from Dillon Francis’ Westside EP, as well as Mad Decent’s latest Moombahton focused Blow Your [...]

Beastie Boys “Don’t Play No Game That I Can’t Win” Feat. Santigold (Major Lazer Remix)
If there’s anyone that could successfully remix a reggae infused Beastie Boys track with Santigold on it, it’s Major Lazer. “Don’t Play No Game That I Can’t Win”, a highlight from Beastie’s latest LP, Hot Sauce Committee Part 2, gets the Diplo and Switch treatment below. It should probably be the theme song for the [...]

Diplo & Douster “ON!” Video, Free Download
I’ve always wondered when The Beatles’ “I love to turn you on” line was going to become a dubstep sample. No, I totally haven’t, but I’m still glad that @diplo and @hugodouster had the good sense to make it happen. The new single, “ON!”, goes dancing Oreos, superheros, videogames, security cams, and Pon De Floor, [...]

To celebrate Monday’s release of Body Talk (Best?), Mad Decent offered up a remix of Diplo produced “Dancehall Queen” by newcomer, Dillon Francis, whose debut EP is due in the spring. Bonus: Diplo recently remixed the track himself, and [...]

@Diplo & @Lunice’s recent and very great remix of Deerhunter’s Halcyon Digest single, “Helicopter”, gets an official, equally very great video made up of clips from a short film entitled ‘Slow Moscow.’ Slow Moscow, above. (@maddecent)

Diplo and Tiësto Release Official Single “C’mon”
Diplo and Tiësto combine their very different styles of production for a dance track that may be a little too ferocious for 10am on a Wednesday. “C’mon” is not exactly equal parts Diplo and Tiësto (75% global trance?), but it’s a monster.
Available exclusively at Beatport. I’m awake now.
