‘Shady 2.0 Cypher’ Feat. Eminem, Yelawolf, and Slaughterhouse Video, MP3
The Shady 2.0 cypher (group freestyle) with Eminem, Yelawolf, and Slaughterhouse from this year’s BET Awards is kind of ridiculously good. Using the beat from The East Flatbush Project’s “Tried by 12″, dudes make what would be one of the best hip hop songs of the year. Uncut clip from the show and mp3, below [...]

Eminem’s Chrysler Superbowl Commercial Was the Best
In case you missed this (maybe you don’t really like football, or were grabbing another handful of pretzels), Eminem’s Chrysler Superbowl commercial was the best. The 2 minute spot aired during the game yesterday – somewhere between the Black Eyed Peas covering “Sweet Child O’ Mine” with Slash (what?) and Glee mashing up “Thriller” with [...]

2010 BET Awards Youtubing
I was unable to watch the 2010 BET Awards last night, but I did catch much of the live Twittering that went down via @TheSourceMag, @XXLStaff, and @VibeMagazine. I couldn’t wait for someone to get that Chris Brown MJ tribute up on Youtube, but then I had to sleep.
So, above is Kanye opening up the [...]

Eminem is Back? “Not Afraid” Video
Eminem is back? I dunno. Sort of?
Everyone is in a bit of a rush to celebrate the ‘return of Eminem’, but over the years I’ve lost sight of what exactly that means. I think Eminem has too. I can’t say that “Not Afraid” takes me back to the days of the Slim Shady/Marshall [...]

Lil Wayne “Drop the World” Feat. Eminem Video (Dirty Version) Yay Curses
Lil Wayne heads to jail on Monday, kids, but first he made 678 videos to last the year (or 8 months for good behavior). Before those start trickling in, Weezy decided to release a video for “Drop the World,” a tough single choice considering all those curses, but the above clip with Eminem is a [...]

Songoftheday: “Drop the World” by Lil Wayne feat. Eminem
Hip hop is about to take a hit for at least 8 months to a year. It was announced today that Lil Wayne will be sentenced February 9 for a gun possession charge from 2007. This comes shortly after the news that the long-delayed Rebirth was pushed back again to February 1.
I’ve been pretty apprehensive [...]

Drake, Kanye, Lil Wayne, and Eminem Shut Sh*t Down at the Mall, in “Forever” Video
Don’t care much for basketball or Lebron James, but I do like The Drake, and Kanye (still), and Lil Wayne, and Eminem, and one of the best hip hop songs of the year getting a badass Hype Williams video.
Everybody got a deal. I did it without one.

Travis Barker’s “3 A.M.” Eminem Remix
Travis Barker appears to be one person left who still enjoys the nu-metal/hip hop combo. I’m kinda surprised that he let “Day N Nite” go without giving it the Linkin Park treatment. These are still pretty great, though. (Via illRoots)

I Still Enjoy an Eminem Freestyle
Even though I don’t really enjoy the majority of Relapse, I can definitely still enjoy an Eminem freestyle about pretty much anything (except Christopher Reeves. What is the obsession with the Christopher Reeves jokes? Those stopped being funny when I was in grammar school). Really though, this is 8 minutes long and I have watched [...]

Eminem Does “3 .A.M.” on Jimmy Kimmel, Is Still Good
While I mostly agree with the un-favoring reviews thus far of Relapse, truth is…it’s Eminem. He’s still good. Above is the second of three Jimmy Kimmel performances with his latest single, “3 A.M.”.
