Kid Cudi “Wylin’ Cause I’m Young” Feat. Kanye West, G.O.O.D. Ass Mixtape
G.O.O.D. Ass Mixtape, presented by Kanye West and fansite, Perajok, will be dropping this coming Monday (so they say), and features one of the best new Kid Cudi tracks to surface since the End of Day release. Unsure of the production credit on “Wylin’ Cause I’m Young” (though guessing it’s Kanye), but hoping this sees [...]

Kid Cudi “Mojo So Dope” Choir of Young Believers Sample (No Tags)
Kid Cudi comes through again with another highly bloggable indie hip hop track, getting more obscure than usual on his latest leak, “Mojo So Dope,” sampling Danish Music Award winning band, Choir of Young Believers. The track will very likely make its way onto Man On The Moon II: The Legend Of Mr. Rager (now due [...]

Kid Cudi, Rostam and Best Coast Converse Track, “All Summer”
Kid Cudi, Rostam Batmanglij and Bethany Cosentino’s Converse track hit the interwebs this morning, and it turns out to be an unfulfilling combination of the 3 very different artists. Last year’s “My Drive Thru” with Santigold, Pharrell and Julian Casablancas somehow seemed a much more comfortable combo. Either way, this will make a fun summer [...]

Kid Cudi Feat. Kanye West “Erase Me” Radio Rip :/
Looks like Kid Cudi is taking songwriting tips from B.o.B, which, as I expressed last week, is not necessarily a good thing. “Erase Me” premiered yesterday on Cleveland’s 96.5 FM, and will likely appear on Cudi’s upcoming Man on the Moon: The Legend of Mr. Rager. I’m making this face right now -> :/. Hopefully [...]

Kid Cudi’s Converse Mini-Documentary (’3 Artists,1 Song’ Project)
Converse is doing that whole Santigold, Pharrell, Julian Casablancas thing again (’3 Artists, 1 Song’ as they are now calling it). This time around they’ve recruited Kid Cudi, Bethany Cosentino (Best Coast), and Rostam Batmanglij (Vampire Weekend), and are offering up mini-documentaries about each artist’s inspiration, experiences, etc. Above, they follow Cudi back to Cleveland [...]

Kid Cudi “REVOFEV” Official New Single From The Legend of Mr. Rager
Late last night/early this morning, Kid Cudi premiered the first official track from Man on the Moon: The Legend of Mr. Rager. “REVOFEV” (or ‘revolution of evolution’) was produced by Plain Pat (Kanye West) and features string arrangements from Larry Gold (also worked on The End of Day). Cudi is your big brother. Download Dat [...]

Kid Cudi “Soundtrack 2 My Life” Video With Tour Footage
This Jason Goldwatch directed video for Kid Cudi’s “Soundtrack 2 My Life” is compiled of tour footage from the past few months (understandably, doesn’t include Cudi punching that dude in the face during the Gaga tour). Pretty uplifting video for such a downer of a song (lonely stoner-ish), but looks great none-the-less. According to Dat [...]

Dan Black & Kid Cudi Covered Billboard Mag, Rocked It
I’m still recovering from the half hour of my life I lost to episode 1 of How to Make it in America (sorry internets, hated it), but I still <3 Kid Cudi. Anyway, internets, the actual cover of the most recent Billboard Magazine features David Guetta, but this special “advertisement” cover with Dan Black & [...]

Kid Cudi “Pursuit of Happiness” feat. MGMT and Ratatat Alternate Video
Above, Kid Cudi’s second, alternate clip for Man on the Moon highlight, “Pursuit of Happiness.” This time, Ratatat and MGMT members actually make an appearance. This is much better/more appropriate than the previous Josh Hartnett directed poppin’ bottles vid. PS: How did that Harajuku Girl get in Cudder’s dream?!
