I apologize many times over for not posting this immediately after viewing. Originally posted on Colin Greenwood’s W.A.S.T.E. Central page, this cover of Portishead’s “Rip,” one of the many amazing songs on their new record, comes across eerily like a Radiohead original.

Another haunting video from the new Portishead, yet completely different than the studio performance footage in the previous video for “Machine Gun.” For “The Rip,” some old school animation that portrays a very different vibe than the music may suggest, but it works together very well.
This album is ridiculous, huh?
