Real Estate’s excellent sophomore album, Days, makes a great soundtrack for the eternal summers of LA, the fall, wasted miles and aimless drives. The album is highlighted by “It’s Real”, their best song IMO and one of my favorites of the year. Due October 18. Streaming over at NPR. Stream: Real Estate Days

New Jersey’s Real Estate (via actual Real Estate offices) are giving away a new track from their upcoming sophomore album, Days, which was recorded in upstate New York with The Walkmen, Titus Andronicus producer Kevin McMahon. It’s called “It’s Real” and it’s really good. Stream/download, below. Days is due October 18 on Domino.
